  I've ordered several cakes (4 or more per year)... Each time, there has always been a problem with the cakes...
  
  For example, earlier this year - I emailed them a picture of the cake I wanted. I get to the facility to pick it up - the cake looks NOTHING like the picture I sent them! I told them I wasn't happy at all. She made the cake over and got it right.
  
  The same happened two weeks ago - sent the a picture of a cake. Picked up the cake, the color of the cake is NOTHING like the picture. I told her I wasn't happy because the color was supposed to be green - it was mostly white. She changed it within 10 minutes.
  
  I like the people at Sweet Sensations because the lady always fixes the cake right the 2nd time, but it's annoying...especially since I pay $$$ for their cakes. I don't get a discount when they mess up my cakes...please get it together, Sweet Sensations! I don't want to take my business elsewhere, but I will if this keeps happening...I like the staff here, but this can't keep happening! Especially when I let you know weeks ahead of time about my order...the lady's are always sweet, but the cakes always be wrong (color, style, etc)...
